Music for All takes pride in processing orders the same or next day, whenever possible. Most products on our website ship within 48 hours as a default time, to compensate for busy seasons.
We do not ship out items on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We can however process shipments to be delivered to you on a Saturday - Please call us Toll Free 866-892-7078 or 949-766-0071 for all "Air" shipment requests or if you need Saturday delivery.
All orders will have an online tracking number. We will forward to you order confirmation and a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. Any order that is sent within the Continental USA will be processed the fastest - All other locations may take additional time to process shipment.
Spam blockers that you may have sometimes prevent our emails from reaching you. Please make the necessary adjustments so you are able to receive the tracking number for your package from sales@music-instruments.biz
Items shipped UPS ground typically arrive at the shipping destination two to seven days from the date they are shipped.
Music for All does offer UPS 3 day Select, 2nd day Air and Next Day Air - Please call us for an "Air" quote for any item.
Items shipping UPS 2nd day or USPS Priority mail for example will arrive two days from the date of being shipped. If an item is needed within a certain time frame, the only way to guarantee delivery is to choose expedited shipping.
Should you order an item out of stock, you will be notified with in twenty four hours and will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund on the item.
Music for All will usually send UPS to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we can also provide 2nd Day Air shipping quotes. It is best that you call us direct 949-766-0071 from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico with your zipcode, to insure service is available to your area. Depending on your location and the weight of the item, we may send US Postal Service "Priority Mail" to you.
Your order may take an additional 48 hours to be sent. You may also use the UPS ship calculator at checkout to figure ship cost for your item(s).
Any offer of Free Shipping on our website is for the Continental USA only. We will charge you an adjusted ship cost for items sent ouside the Lower 48 states.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction for 30 days after your order ships for all "In Stock" items.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after your order ships, please call or email Music for All at sales@music-instruments.biz for a Return Materials Authorization number, (RMA). You will be provided with all the information needed to return the item. Any item returned without a RMA number will be returned to sender unopened.
Returns:
In the case of a full refund on a return, the item must be re-sellable as new and returned within 30 days. Our warehouse supervisor will determine whether this criteria is met. Re-stocking fees will be waived on any new item returned that can be sold as new.
*We extend the return period during the Christmas season to 45 days - Purchase by November 15 to retrun any item(s) by December 31*.
We will refund the full purchase price of the product, minus shipping fees (If Free Shipping is offered, we will deduct this cost to us), plus the merchant fee (3%) we incurred to process your credit card. You are responsible for return shipping on the product you are returning and you will need to provide a tracking number via Fed Ex or UPS. We do not credit the original shipping charge or your return ship cost toward the exchange.
*If an item is sent directly to you from our manufacturers and a re-stocking fee is imposed on us for a return, we will subtract that fee (10-20%) from your refund.
*If an item is noted "Special Order" - This is a non-stock item, which has been ordered just for our customer's request - This item is non-returnable under any circumstances.
If a drum cymbal is touched, it is "used" and cannot be sold as new. If for any reason you return cymbals: Please do not handle the cymbal in its original packaging. If the original packaging has been opened, please keep cymbals in the original sleeves so that they can be sold as new.
Damage in shipment:
Carrier liable for damage in transit. If visible damage found on delivery, REFUSE SHIPMENT. Driver will note and sign freight bill - please request a copy. If concealed damage found later, call us within 7 days. Save cartons, packing and damaged units for inspection.
Cancelled Orders:
If for any reason you contact us to cancel your order before the item(s) ship, we reserve the right to deduct the Merchant Fees (3% of the total) we incur to process your card from the refund. There is no specific time limit on cancelled orders via credit card, as we incur the 3% charge from our merchant service as soon as your card is processed.
If Paypal was used for your purchase and the refund is issued within 30 days, you will recieve a Full Refund. Any Paypal refund after 30 days will result in the 3% deduction from the total.
Refund Processing:
If using Paypal, we will process your refund within 48 hours. If a Credit Card is used, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
There are many items that cannot be shipped Internationally because of size and/or weight. Our checkout only allows shipping to the United States - We apologize for any inconvenience.

At this time, we only accept Paypal payment from "Confirmed" addresses in the U.K. and Canada. Paypal is the safest method to send and accept a payment. Please email us sales@music-instruments.biz with the item(s) that you need and we will provide a Paypal invoice to your email address to include Shipping and Handling. We will also provide the shipment date of your item(s).
We also accept Bank Wire Transfer or Western Union from all International customers. There will be fees charged to you by your bank or western union to send us payment - Please inquire both options before contacting us. We ship via US Postal Service and UPS Internationally. Both methods provide an online tracking number and insurance.

**If your item is a gift to a friend or family member, please advise us to write "Gift" on the shipping paperwork.
**Items will be fully valued and fully insured. We assume you have inquired with your local customs office before sending us payment.
**We cannot offer returns, parts, service or warranty on items shipped outside of the USA. Rest assured, we pack all items shipped Internationally extremely well, double boxed with styrafoam and/or bubble wrap, for a safe trip to your hands.
Any instrument or device that has touched the lips or ears of an owner cannot be returned due to health regulations. This includes but is not limited to: Headsets, Harmonicas, Microphones, Mouthpieces, Ear Plugs, etc. Any Cymbal or similar instrument cannot be returned because wear is easily evident. Printed music such as books and sheet music, videotapes, DVDs, Sample Libraries, Style Disks, Sound Expansion Boards, Sound Cards, and Software or Recording Media of any kind (which may also include hardware bundled with software) cannot be returned once opened due to copyright law. Disposable items such as Drumheads, Drumsticks, Instrument care Products, Cleaning supplies Tubes, Strings, Rosin, etc. because they are disposable items.
There are 3 different types of returns.
1). If you choose to return a product for any reason in exchange for a different product sold by Music For All, we pay the shipping charges on the product we ship to you in exchange for the product you return, but you are responsible for the return shipping on the product you send back, and we do not credit any original shipping charges toward the exchange.
2). In the case of an outright return for refund, we refund the full purchase price of the product minus 3% merchant fees to process your credit card. If we offer Free Shipping on a product, the actual ship cost will be deducted from your return. You are responsible for return shipping on the product you are returning and we do not credit the original shipping charges toward the exchange.
3) If the return is needed as a result of damage, defect, or our mistake, we pay the shipping charges - both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item. After all, we know that's why you shop with Music for All. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of Music for All and its returns department.

Due to the time and effort to process, it is the policy for Music for All to charge a restocking fee for any item that cannot be sold as new.
We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear (factory sealed when applicable) and with all of the original contents and packaging. Contents consist of any included parts and accessories, as well as the warranty card and manual without user's notes or markings. Packaging includes all inner and outer packaging, complete with the original barcode affixed.
Items not returned in the condition described here may be subject to restocking fees (10-30% of the purchase price, as determined by our cost of replacing the missing items including a processing fee for this labor-intensive process) or refusal of the return. Larger items and items that we ship directly from our vendors can be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee may apply if you refuse delivery or as a result of delivery exceptions, as well as from a typical return.
